Anastasia Rychkova is Vice President at PATech Labs, where she leads business and compliance strategy. She connects advanced AI with the operational needs of regulated industries such as finance and healthcare, and is responsible for go-to-market, client success, and strategic partnerships. Under her direction, every engagement meets documented compliance standards, from first contact to enterprise delivery.
Alongside strategy, Anastasia works as an orchestrator, not an engineer. She directs people and development teams: she frames the tasks, guides the work while it is in progress, and personally reviews and accepts every result before it ships. She has run the SkyAria Voice Assistant and the Organic Engine as projects, and on the Organic Engine she is also the author of the ideas behind it.
What she orchestrates
SkyAria Voice Assistant
Real-time voice AIA real-time AI receptionist for service businesses and clinics. It answers the phone in a natural voice, holds the conversation, books appointments into the calendar, answers questions about services and prices, and speaks English, Spanish, and Russian. Designed compliance-first for regulated industries.
Her role
Project leadership from framing to acceptance: she sets the tasks for the development team, steers the work in progress, tests the assistant on real conversations, and signs off on every release.
Organic Engine
Four-stage content pipelineAn automated organic-growth engine that turns market research into published content. It plans topics, verifies every source, produces short-form video and articles, and publishes across four channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the company blog, in three languages, each market with its own editorial line.
- 01Topic Harvest
Analytical research selects distinct topics for each language market.
- 02Source Harvest
Every claim is backed by live, verified sources before production begins.
- 03Reel Direct
Video and visual production, with a separate visual world for each market.
- 04Assemble & Publish
Final assembly passes quality gates and goes out on a staged release.
Measurement layer built by her: GA4 and Google Search Console reporting across 8 channels and 28 metrics, delivered as an automated daily report.
Her role
Anastasia authored the idea and leads the project across the analytical and production layers: she frames what each stage must deliver, reviews the output of every quality gate, and nothing ships without her acceptance. She directed delivery across functions that conventionally require a four to five person team.
Unit content cost runs under 2 percent of market rates, a six-figure annual equivalent at current volume. Internal cost figures withheld.
